We are young entrepreneurs with vision to create a community of passionate fitness lovers and beauty-model/skin care lovers in one place since fitness also has to do with beauty of a healthy body.

OUR PASSION
It started with love for fitness and beautiful skin and as a single Mom i hardly have time for my self to go running or go to gym.
So i decided to find myself a way to keep fit and look beautiful, that is when i discovered some groups of ladies who also
has passion for beauty but often end up with wrong product that never give them they needed.
Most of these products are expensive and yet have no result or little so, we worked together to do product research on our respected area of
interest and got some awesome products with proven results and this is when we know that we can actually help many others like us who could need this products even at cheaper rate and there the idea of F&B-MENU was born.
The passion we have for each of our field makes us to team together to bring to you this two world of fitness and beauty product in one store.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to bring these two world in one community. We want to be able to give our community best products that actually gives result at affordable rate.
We care about our potential customers and would love to give as many of our passionate lovers the opportunity to grow with us by earning from our sales.
We want to build a brand where we can be become a house hold name to the world and, as we grow, we will be able to to help single mon/dad, take some children out of street back to school,
